Im glad that WIPO is focusing on green innovation. However, I disagree with WIPO on the general awareness of patents. I think more and more common people are starting to recognize the importance of filing patent applications. I think the inventor help sites help to educate and inform, and they are increasing in the quality of their content. For example, Patent Express (www.patentexpress.com) is a new site that is started by patent attorneys to help individual inventors protect their ideas themsevles.
