		<description>Confused about the evergreening issue.  If I read it correctly, then would the proposal mean that, say, a pegylated interferon alpha would not be eligible for data exclusivity - even as to the new formulation?  Surely if there is a therapeutic benefit then some incentive to such formulations must be maintained.  Or am I missing something?</description>
