Thanks for mentioning my blawg in the weekly edition of Blawg Review. I posted a followup mention on my Health Care Blog Law here:
http://healthcarebloglaw.blogspot.com/2005/08/doggone-it-blawg-review-19-is-now-up.html

I too like the graphics and concept for your blawg. This past week I noticed a number of blog posts discussing the need to remember the target audience of your blog when you are designing. I can hear lawyers saying now -- a website called Patent Barista with graphics concept of coffee and condiments. Puh! Our law firm shouldn't have a website like that -- it's unprofessional. Although your blog might not appeal to lawyers -- I'm sure your target clientele, inventors, appreciate the creativty. I've added you to my blog roll and look forward to reading more from you in the future.

Thanks, Stephen, nice job. I agree with Evan: you have a nice-lookin' site.

I'm anonymous because I don't want work and blawging to intersect just yet, and I'm very new to each, so please cut me a little slack.

I'll post more on anonymity (and when it's defensible in a blawg) at some point. Also, my famed-far-and-wide-and-still-not-done-yet Scalia MegaPost will surely be a significant blawg review. If I would only finish it.

Class actions: why certification makes or breaks a case

Another great Class action article (HT: Howard again) (aside: HT is the abbreviation, commonly used by bloggers, to say Hat Tip, meaning a Tip of the Hat or casual salute to, another blogger or journalist for pointing out the relevant source.)
